What to bring | Food
When you come to the lake I would suggest packing as you normally would when you go camping. There is a store at the resort where you are able to pick up a few things… hotdogs, marshmellows, condiments and even popsicles but I wouldn’t rely fully on getting all of your food from here as the selection is limited.
If you are coming in from Vancouver and off the Coquihalla there is a large Save-On Foods and Liquor store off one of the first exits coming into Kamloops (Exit 369). Its a good place to pick up most of your food for the weekend as you will find pretty much whatever you need here.
You can also pick up chips, pop, beer and snack food at the Heffley Creek Store which you will pass by when driving up to the lake. It’s found at the start of the Todd Mountain Road after you have exited off the highway.
